How long does shipping take?
We will dispatch orders within 2 working days, however estimated shipping times are outside of our control as delivery is subject to the regulations set by your chosen delivery service.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our products. Before purchasing an item please use the contact form in order for us to answer any queries or concerns you may have.
Do you do custom orders?

Are WOOD&FLAME environmentally friendly?
Yes. We work with wood that is initially meant to be recycled, to create all of our products. We use wood friendly pain and engraving throughout to provide the finish touches, and provide recyclable packages for all orders.
